Quality Improvement (QI) Senior Adviser

FHI360 seeks a Quality Improvement (QI) Senior Adviser for the RESPOND Project, to support health and civil society Ukrainian institutions to scale-up quality improvement strategies in HIV/AIDS services

Key Responsibilities:

•          Develop strategies to scale-up the results of QI projects.
•          Provide guidance on sustaining  results achieved by QI improvement teams
•          Support the institutionalization of QI methodologies in the Ukrainian structures delivering HIV services.
•          May include staff management responsibilities

Qualifications:

•          A graduate degree in public health or a related field.
•          At least 5 years experience in applying QI, with a preference for implementing the QI Collaborative model in Ukraine or similar health systems.
•          In-depth knowledge of the  health system and experience working with relevant ministries in Ukraine.
•          Experience interacting with policy-makers at national level and achieving desired outcomes.
•          Demonstrated English and fluency in Ukrainian.
